If you choose the "Left Mind" plan, you can message DesignMind for input/feedback as much as you like.
If you choose the "Right Mind" plan, you can schedule as many meetings as you like through the month (Though you can only have 1 active booking at a time).
And, if you have the "Full Mind", you get access to both simultaneously.
Who are the designers?
Right now, it's just me (Kieran Parker), a product designer who has worked within the startup world for the last 8+ years.
However, as DesignMind takes on more clients and hits its "client cap", we will expand and onboard more amazing, experienced designers.
Why would I want access to a consultant rather than a designer?
Good question. A consultant role allows for quicker responses, flexible availability and more strategy-focused discussions.
It also means you get more information and explanation of ideas/directions rather than being handed designs to implement.
Consultant roles are especially beneficial if you want to brainstorm ideas/features/designs and are happy to implement the designs/ideas yourself or have another designer/employee/partner who can but wants the experience/seniority.
How do I get started with the "Left Mind" plan?
After purchasing the "Left Mind" plan, you will get an invite to a "getting started" Notion document, which will include;
A quick overview of how to invite DesignMind to your Slack (or how to get an invite to ours).
A profile template, which you will need to duplicate and fill in (don't worry, it's very easy). This profile will help us stay aligned on information about you, your company, goals, struggles, etc.
A few "best practices", hints and tips. To help you communicate effectively with the Mind. (Such as how to ask good questions, put feedback into action, helpful resources, etc.)
How do I get started with the "Right Mind" plan?
After purchasing the "Right Mind" plan, you will get an invite to a "getting started" Notion document, which will include;
A link to the DesignMind calendar to schedule your consultation calls as and when you need them.

Won't your calendar get full?
We have implemented a "client cap". This means that we will never take on more clients than we can handle, and if we do approach/hit this cap, we will first hire more designers who can carry the quality we strive for before accepting any more clients.
Refunds & cancellations?
If you feel you have outgrown or no longer need DesignMind, you can cancel your order through the Gumroad store. However, refunds are not available due to the nature of this service.
